April 22 is Earth Day, a few days away - which means it’s time to plan for Covenant’s participation in the Simcoe County Adopt-a-Road program - picking up litter twice a year - spring and fall - on Lafontaine Road East, just past Watson’s Esso to the Esso station at the corner of County Road 6.
We are aiming to complete this work between now and Friday, May 1.
Volunteers work in pairs to clean a designated section of road at their convenience at any time during the next two weeks, generally lasting about 1-2 hours. Bags, vests, gloves are provided.
