- To cancel recurring donations through the Tithely giving website:
- Proceed to https://give.tithe.ly/
- Login
- Proceed to "Recurring" at the top of the page
- Click the trashcan icon beside the recurring donation
- Click to confirm that you are deleting the recurring gift
- Proceed covenantchurch.ca/give to determine the best future way to contribute
- To cancel recurring donations through the Tithely App
- Find the free Tithely giving app in your relevant App store
- Download and login
- Locate "Covenant Christian Community Church" in Penetanguishene
- Click the "Recurring" icon on the bottom of the screen
- Click the trashcan icon beside the recurring donation
- Click to confirm that you are deleting the recurring gift
- Proceed covenantchurch.ca/give to determine the best future way to contribute
- Find the intial email you received from Tithely confirming the initial set up of the recurring gift.
- Click the "Cancel Automated Giving" link.
- Confirm cancellation in the pop-up window.
- If you are unable to navigate any of these options, phone Crystal at office@covenantchurch.ca and ask her to log in through the Tithely admin feature and delete your recurring donation on your behalf.
