Elise Robitaille - Lead Pastor
Elise is a fourth career pastor. Her childhood was spent in Kitchener. While attending Laurentian University in Sudbury she became a Christian. Elise graduated with a degree in translation (BSL), was married and worked at home raising her five children (Nadine, Damien, Paul, Jean-François and Valérie) while teaching French as a second language around her kitchen table. Following the death of her husband, Elise continued teaching French for a community literacy agency, later worked as an Employment Counselor, and began studying theology. After working part-time for four years as Program Assistant at Covenant, Elise transitioned into a full-time role as Administrative Pastor in early 2004 and completed her Master of Theological Studies degree from Tyndale Seminary.  In the fall of 2008 Elise was ordained and installed as Lead Pastor.

Trent Simons - Family Ministry Pastor
- Trent is married to Erin, and they moved back "home" to Penetanguishene after pursuing Christian education (at Gordon College) in the United States.  Trent has an undergraduate degree in International Youth Ministry and a Master's of Community Development. While Erin grew up in Lafontaine, Trent lived overseas as a missionary kid in the Philippines until he turned 18 and went to university. Both are excited to work with the youth and children in the area, with a specific focus on reaching out to the most needy. They were married in 2000 and have 2 children: Benjamin (6) and Wesley (3). Trent and Erin began at Covenant as part-time Youth Pastors in 2005. At this point Trent also worked at the Children's Aid Society and Erin worked at home raising their children. In September 2008 they transitioned into the role of full-time Family Ministries Pastors, one position that they split between the two of them.  As of March 2010 Trent assumed the entire Family Ministry Pastor position.  Erin continues to be very involved as a volunteer with the youth.

Anna Davies - Adminstrative Assistant

Anna was raised in Cape Breton, N.S., moved to Toronto at 19 and worked in various office roles.  She has made her home near Wahnekewening Beach for the past 20 years with her husband Lyall who works for a local building contractor.  They have a son Andrew (18) and daughter Jesslyn (14).  When the children were small Anna’s work focused mainly on her role at home.  As years went by she developed a small gardening/cleaning business.

The Davies have been part of Covenant’s family for over 13 years.  Anna began volunteering in the office preparing the weekly bulletin and also coordinated the Children’s Ministry program for 4 years.  Two years ago Anna was hired on as part-time administrative assistant and now works 15 hrs. a week in that capacity.
