 ‘40 DAYS IN THE WORD’ - Begin a journey of eternal significance as you learn how to LOVE the WORD, LEARN the WORD and LIVE the WORD! by taking part in a 6-week church-wide spiritual growth campaign (February 12th – March 18th).  It is our hope that each person will benefit through Sunday sermons, weekly Small Group study and daily personal devotions. If you need to be connected to a Small Group please fill out a form at the Info Centre and drop it in the assigned basket.  A full listing of groups taking part as well as the study workbook is available at the Info Centre ($15).

To Kick off ‘40 Days in the Word’ there will be a ‘SOUPER SUNDAY’ – February 12th directly after the 11am service.  A chance for all of Covenant to join together for a simple meal of Soup and Bread.  House Church leaders will meet during the lunch.

JUNIOR HIGH RETREAT is approaching quickly (February 17-19). There is still room if you want to attend – contact Trent Simons.

WINTERAMA WEEKEND - February 17th – Covenant will be entering a Float in the Winterama Parade again this year.  Anyone interested in helping to make this happen can contact Tim & Crystal Keefer at 526-3237. Yellow and green material is needed for the float.

ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL COUNCIL OUTCOMES – the outcomes of last Sunday’s ACC meeting are included in this bulletin. A big THANK YOU to everyone who provided the meal, served and cleaned up.

DAILY BREAD DEVOTIONALS – Pick up a copy of the Spring issue of the Daily Bread at the Info Centre today.

Accessibility - Covenant has recently developed an Accessibility Policy, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, aimed at helping staff and volunteers have a better understanding of how to interact with people with disabilities.  A copy of the policy and service training manual is at the Info Centre.  All staff and volunteers are mandated to read these documents and to implement the principles in the Customer Service Standard.  Your ministry leader will provide you with a copy and ask that you sign the last page and return it (to your ministry leader, church office or Lead Pastor) as record that you have read and understood the policy. A copy of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program and Policy and the Anti-Harassment Policy and Program, implemented in 2011, are also available at the Info Centre for consultation.
