At Covenant we want to help each other discover and tap into all that God has created and wired for us to be and do. To help with this we have some trained transformational coaches who are equipped to walk alongside you in times of discernment. Perhaps you are in a time of life transition, you are considering a major decision, or you simply feel as though you need to make some changes to your current routine or habits. A transformational coach is able to guide you through this process.
Some of our coaches are also trained to walk you through the Grip Birkman Inventory. (www.gripbirkman.com) Grip Birkman is a powerful assessment that combines two separate inventories. The first thing it looks at is Your Leadership Grip. More than just a Spiritual Gifts inventory, Your Leadership Grip unpacks our supernatural design through looking at us individually, as a team member, and as member of the Body of Christ. The second is the Birkman Method. This provides an in depth understanding of who we are naturally. Being coached through these assessments help people discover better how and where they can best fit and thrive in the Christian community and in life.
