With Earth Day coming up later this month, it’s time to plan for Covenant’s participation in the Simcoe County Adopt-a-Road program - picking up litter twice a year - spring and fall - on Lafontaine Road East, just past Watson’s Esso to the Esso station at the corner of County Road 6.
We are aiming to complete this work during Earth week - April 21 to 28.
Volunteers work in pairs to clean a section of road at their convenience at any time during that week, generally lasting about 1-2 hours. Bags, vests, gloves are provided.
